Hi, I'm Jenni...the founder of Origami Consultancy.
I have over 22 years experience from your side of the counter. I understand the realities, the long days, tight margins, constant decision making and emotional investment that comes with running an independent coffee shop.
Origami Consultancy was created to offer the kind of support I wish I'd had; calm, practical and grounded in real experience.
